Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching may be right for you if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or ready for change. Many of my clients are navigating motherhood, career transitions, confidence challenges, or simply a desire to reconnect with who they are beyond their roles and responsibilities.

My approach combines coaching, neuroscience, and lived experience. I don't give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I help you gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your authentic self so you can make decisions with confidence.

The free 30-minute discovery call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to coaching, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether we're the right fit to work together.

There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Yes. All coaching sessions are delivered virtually, making them accessible wherever you are.

This depends on your goals and circumstances. We'll discuss the most suitable option during your discovery call and create a coaching journey that works for you.

Absolutely. Everything discussed during coaching sessions remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding responsibilities.

While my Becoming Her Again coaching programmes are designed specifically for women, I also offer professional coaching and specialised neurophysiology mentoring for individuals from a range of backgrounds.

Coaching is a collaborative process. While I will support and challenge you throughout the journey, the results you achieve depend on your commitment, actions, and willingness to engage with the process.

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

Simply book a free discovery call. Together we'll explore where you are now, where you'd like to be, and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
