Terms and Conditions for Sintrinsic® Coaching

Welcome to Sintrinsic® Coaching. By using our coaching services, you as the ‘client’, agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any coaching sessions or related services.
1. Services
- Sintrinsic® Coaching is a registered trademark with the registration number UK00004188322.
- We provide coaching services aimed at providing career, leadership and executive coaching from all industries.
- The founder and owner of Sintrinsic® coaching specialises in NHS and STEM fields but is trained to coach professionals from other industries.
- Our coaching services/packages include:
- Students studying from College to University level.
- Early career starters including apprenticeship.
- Qualified professionals in a work setting.
- Professional at management and executive levels.
- We provide coaching services aimed at providing career, leadership and executive coaching from all industries. Certain coaches do specialise in NHS and STEM fields but are trained to coach in other industries.
2. Booking and Payment
- We offer one free 30 minute discovery session per individual/client which must be booked in advanced via the website.
- All coaching sessions must be booked in advanced via the website.
- Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any paid sessions or packages unless otherwise agreed with the provider.
- 20% discounts are offered to non-working students (College or Undergraduate) and 10% discounts are offered to NHS staff members of all levels. Valid ID cards must be shown by the start of the first session for any discounts to apply. Failure to do so will result in the standard pricing being applied.
- We accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer.
- Prices and packages are subject to change, but any booked sessions will be honoured at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session rate.
- No-shows will be charged at the full session rate.
- Extenuating circumstances regarding the above will be considered on an individual basis and at the discretion of the service provider.
4. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of coaching services, we do not offer refunds once a paid session or package has commenced. Refunds may be provided up until this point.
- Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion, subject to individual circumstances.
5. Confidentiality
- All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential under the GDPR law legislation and professional coaching bodies.
- We will not disclose your personal information without your consent, except where required by law.
- Video or audio recordings may be requested with permission and consent for teaching purposes. You have the right to not consent.
6. Client Responsibility
- Coaching is a collaborative process, and your success depends on your commitment and effort.
- You may be offered additional work to complete outside of coaching session to be completed prior to next session.
- This is part of your development and learning.
- We are flexible and do not expect this to be completed prior to your next session, however delays in completion of work may affect the overall outcome your learning.
- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
- You agree to be honest and open during sessions and take responsibility and accountability for your actions.
- We offer a maximum of 6 sessions and you have the right to stop midway or any upcoming coaching sessions, if you feel your goals and objectives are met.
- However please note in accordance to clause 4, we do not offer refunds once a paid session or package has commenced.
7. Coach Responsibility
- In accordance to clause 5, we maintain strict confidentiality under the Data Protection Act 2018 and professional coaching bodies.
- All coaches are ILM qualified at Level 5 minimum and accredited and registered with EMCC UK or ICF (please see clause 10).
- We adhere and maintain coaching practice under EMCC UK or ICF code of ethics.
- We practice coaching with complete openness, trust, respect and honesty in accordance to Sintrinsic Coaching philosophy, values and beliefs.
- We have the right to stop coaching sessions or refer you to other services, if the following occurs:
- Safeguarding reasons
- Contract breech
- Indifferences with coaching relationship
- Ethical reasons
8. Limitation of Liability
- Sintrinsic Coaching is insured for professional liability and indemnity.
- We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching session(s).
9. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during coaching, including but not limited to worksheets, videos, and courses, are the intellectual property of Sintrinsic Coaching.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and coaching professional bodies of:
- Data Protection Act 2018, UK with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- The Equality Act 2010 UK
- The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, UK
- European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC UK)
- International Coaching Federation (ICF)
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website.
